Texas ranks 2nd nationwide in number of sportsmen, 4th in spending, and 3rd sportsmen-related jobs. The Lone Star State's 2.71 million hunters and anglers spend $4.1 billion annually and support 65,993 jobs. Working with the CSF in a coordinated effort to protect and promote the sportsmen’s traditions in Texas are 26 members of the Congressional Sportsmen’s Caucus, Governor Greg Abbott and the Texas Legislative Sportsmen’s Caucus.
