Allows certain persons to carry a deadly weapon for self-defense while in the woods; removes the requirement of a license to carry a concealed handgun afield; establishes that when a certain license holder moves to another county in the state, the sheriff shall issue a new license under certain circumstances; relates to active duty members of the armed forces; removes certain license and fee exemptions for specified persons; removes certain requirements and penalties; establishes certain penalties.
