Relates to Sunday hunting; relates to rails; exempts any person who hunts rallidae, the family of birds that includes rails and other wetland birds, from the prohibition on hunting on Sunday; provides that the exemption is subject to geographical limitations established by the Director of the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries and is not allowed within 200 yards of a place of worship or any accessory structure thereof.
